PirateFestivals.com and The Pirate's Realm want to help you promote the pirate festival you work with. Our ad rates are as follows:
1) TEXT BLOCK of sixty words (maximum) for $25 per year. HTML is allowed for links to your festival's website. A sixty-word block follows:
"The fiftieth annual South Coastal Pirate Festival and Campout will be held in Anytown, South Carolina, on August whenever, 2007. The opening parade sponsored by Major Corporation will be Tuesday the 11th at noon. Rides on authentic pirate ships will be offered throughout the week. Tickets are $5 for adults, and children are admitted free. First 1000 visitors get free swords."

We will gladly accept corporate check or PayPal payments. Checks must clear the bank before advertising is displayed. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.
Where did this site come from?
This website is the logical progression of a page from the Pirate's Realm website that listed pirate festivals for several years. With the increasing popularity of pirate festivals, it seemed best to provide a separate website for related information.
What kind of traffic will this site receive?
Most of the previous pirate festival page's traffic was organic, meaning it came from the search engines results. As of 1-08, we rank at #1 in Google for the terms ‘pirate festivals’ and ‘pirate festival’.
We have links from The Pirate's Realm, as well as the many shops in the Pirate Shops Ring.
Also, any links or traffic to the previous pirate festivals page is now being forwarded to this site.
We do our best to funnel traffic, but we cannot make any claims or guarantees. We believe our rates are very reasonable, but we also believe no one would rightly put all their advertising eggs in our basket, either.
How often must an ad payment be renewed?
We will use PayPal subscription service to bill for a twelve-month period. It is NOT a recurring subscription. It is our feeling that most advertisers would want to use text or graphics that relate details, dates, and info that will change from year to year. You will be able to receive email reminders about renewal.
